Taylorsville, Ga. Child Photographer: {Bella Jewel}

I ALWAYS love photographing Miss Jewel!  She has such a dynamite personality!!  This was the session I had to hide until Mom was able to surprise daddy with the Proof CD. : )  CD delivered yesterday... so now I can take them out of hiding!  Tehehe!

You know the old saying, "Necessity is the mother of invention"  Well I say necessity is the mother creativity, too!  The day I shot the bella Jewel on her families historic farm, it was POURING down rain.  Thunder.  Lightening.  The WORKS!!!  And there we were, like a bunch of crazies, right in the middle of it.

I knew I'd probably be fighting a few drizzles, so I brought a cute little clear umbrella that I just adore... just in case.  Whew... good thing!!  While Jewel was looking like a cutie patootie... mom, Melissa, and I looked like a couple of soppy, wet... uh, things....; )  Melissa had two HUGE "underbrellas"... one she held over herself and one she held over me!! : )  Just goes to show where there is a will... there is always a way!!!

So enjoy just a few from Bella Jewels rainy day session!
HUGS... and ciao Bella!

Jewel's precious grandfather, Jesse, actually made the door latch here...

All of these buildings were part of the families community farm.  So neat to see!

One of the things I love about this precious family is their strong sense of family and heritage.  The last time I photographed Jewel, we did so with her great grandmother's rocker, a heirloom lace shawl and hat.  Well, the next few are more wonderful family heirlooms.  Let's see if I can get the story right!! LOL!!  The bears were all made by her grandmother, and the swing was made by her grandfather.  Such a SUPER talented family... I tell you!!!

And now for some fun! : ) Tehehe... we really did think the wind was going to blow us away a few times!! : )
