First, let me start off by saying that I hope you, my clients, realize what a privilege and honor I count it to be asked to photograph the special moments in your lives. When she said, "Yes". When they both said, "I do." When they find out that their expecting their first little one. When their precious baby arrives... turns one, two, three. I know what these mile stones mean to a mom... and family. It seriously gives me chills just thinking about all of these special moments in the history of a family, having lived out and still living my own love story with my hubby of 20 year {on the 20th of this month. ; ) } Just wanted you to know that I wake up everyday feeling blessed to have been invited into your lives. : ]
Tuesday morning I could hardly contain my excitement knowing that little Alicia Kanikele was on her way to my house and I was going to be the one to take her very first pictures!! When she got there, my heart just melted. So little, so soft, so sweet. She was the absolute best little girl!! For the most part she slept away, even though we had to move and adjust her several time... still, she slept on. I couldn't ask for a more cooperative subject.
I absolutely love her middle name. She's named after her Hawaiian great (add a few more greats to that one) grandmother. I'm going to try to give the pronunciation... forgive me Amy if I ruin it! (Con'-e-ke'-le) Just beautiful!!
