The last prom of the year... sigh! = ( I hate to see them go because they are so much fun to do. But alas, I'm hanging up prom season for wedding season, so that makes it easier! ; )
It's always nice to hear feed back and kind words from other professionals in the biz. It kind of helps you gauge yourself... or at least it does me, which is why I drive photographers that I've "liked" or befriended crazy with praise and compliments... I know it's helpful to me... and that's just who I am! Praise where praise is due and all that! But, when a photographer refers you, that really makes you feel good about your work. I know when I've had to refer my clients to others, there's a lot of trust going with that referral and if I didn't trust that photographer to do their best for my clients, then I wouldn't be referring them! I said all that to say... Karly and Tyler were a referral from photographer and fabulous hairdresser Cindy Carnes.
We met up at Oak Hill which is becoming one of my favorite locations in Rome!! And to think, I've been going all the way out to Barnsley Gardens for the gardens when there have been equally beautiful gardens right here in my hometown! = ) JOY! Of course, you can never replace the ruins, but the antebellum mansion of Martha Berry's definitely has it's charms!
We had to work fast due to squeezing them into an already packed day, but everything went fabulously! They looked gorgeous. Between the prom going couple they brought with them about ten people. It was a camer-roma moment, that's for sure! LOL! But it was great! I bet Tyler and Karly felt like movie stars with all the paparazzi! But hey... you can't miss those memories!
