They knew each other since high school,
but it wasn't until years later... and after the invention of MySpace
that they got reacquainted and realized just how much they really liked
each other. Their first date was at Turner Field cheering on their
team. Melissa had such fond memories of that date, she asked if we
could try to capture those feelings again in their engagements.
Well you know me... the more unusual... the better!!
I LOVE photographing engagements/ couples... SERIOUSLY!! They are so
much
fun. Especially when you have such a playful couple... and this was one
of the sweetest, most playful, and cutest couple I've had the
privileged to photograph!!
Melissa wrote me later and said... well let me just let you read it. : )
"We had SO much fun yesterday.
With all the stress of planning this wedding (some of it had taken a
toll on us and we didn't even realize it...) it was so nice to just be
able to take some time and be silly together, laugh at each other, and
snuggle up and love on each other. We really had an amazing time and I'm
so so glad that we did that! On a side note - the sneak peek almost made me cry."
I love that were able to capture some on the old bridge in Rome, because Melissa and Kip's wedding will be on Euharlee's covered bridge! SQUEAL!!! I can't wait!
A special thanks to Jim with the Rome Brave's for helping us set this up and taking time out of his day to make it possible!!
